Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for products 30 days after purchase. Special order items are not eligible for any cancellation or refund after purchase and are not returnable.

Faulty Products: If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. Also, please see the above paragraphs related to damaged items. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of being received back the package. Please contact us at hvactory@gmail.com, and we will provide you with an RMA to facilitate the return process. For items weighing under 100 pounds, UPS can be used for return shipping, while items over 100 pounds require motor freight. Return labels are not provided.

Cancellations Before Shipments: If "non-faulty" orders are cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund less 5% for processing and restocking fees will be granted. All cancellations prior to shipment must be in writing via email.

Cancellations/Returns: Items not in original packaging or where the installation was attempted (used) are nonrefundable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. The terms and conditions of returns are as follows:

Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, a refund will be issued, deducting return shipping fees and a restocking fee. The minimum restock fee is 10%. Mr. Cool products will incur a 15% restocking fee. All sales of motors are final. Mini-split air handler sales will incur a 50% restock fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Customer Remorse

Within 30 days of purchase: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, please contact us at hvactory@gmail.com to obtain an RMA. Customers are responsible for return shipping label and fees. Items must be unopened and in new condition. The minimum restock fee is 10%. Mr. Cool products will incur a 15% restocking fee. All sales of motors are final. Mini-split air handler sales will incur a 50% restock fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return and refunded to the original payment method.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
